Venus Babes

I notice these things because I've spent fifteen years on my feet. The person was younger than I expected, just 19, about 5'4", average height, smaller than I'd pictured, but fine, and the room ran clean, like a good kitchen. The presentation was right, and the care showed in it. Everything was prepared, and you could tell she cared. It was kept properly, and the session matched it. I'd go back, and I'd say so to a guest. A good chef doesn't burn the sauce. A good one doesn't burn the guest either.

I keep a mental ledger on value, and this one balanced in her favour. The person came in at 19, and she looked every bit of it, about 5'2", on the small side, which is what the sheet said. G:At 300 an hour, the value held. The ledger balances. The math works, and the delivery backed it up. I'd put it in the good column. On the numbers, she's a pass.
