Went in with a 45-minute sesson and here's how it tracked. The person, on my log: late 20s, about 27, about 5'3", on the small side and the size matched the listing. She kept teh sesson moving, and I respect that. The pace held up the whole 45, no downtime at all. Solid session, I'd run it back. The numbers don't lie, and the numbers here were good.
