I know how a house should run, and she ran it right. The staff are the business, and she set the tone. She was about 19 and tall, about 5'7", and you could tell the house looked after her. The house ran well because of her, and that's what matters. She's one worth looking after, and I'd keep her. Generous to her, stern to the owner who doesn't keep her. The glass is full when the house runs well, and this house runs well.
