The staff are the whole of the business, and you can tell she's one worth looking after. The person, up close, was just under 20, petite, about 5'1" and the listing was honest about her size. She ran it right, and I'd go back. The house was fine, and she was the reason. Generous to her, stern to the owner who doesn't keep her. The glass is full when the house runs well, and this house runs well.
