Went in with a 45-minute sesson and here's how it tracked. The person, on my log: mid-20s, about 5'4", average height and smaller than I'd pictured, but fine. Teh energy just stayed up, and I tracked every minute of it. Teh pace held up the whole 45, no downtime at all. Worth the hour, easy.
